We love it when Grandpa comes in the house in the morning and tells us a new baby cow is here!! We all rush to get our warm clothes on, hop on the mule, and set out in the firld to find the new little Miss or Mister. 
Dad always picks them up to see how much they weigh (this was a big baby - 85 lbs) and so darn cute
Everyone who wants to can pet them and love on them because they haven't been taught yet to stay away from people by their mommas. Cameron, Finn, and Lyla LOVE to give them loves, but not KJ (big surprise).
Finn is an amazing cowboy. He helps Grandpa feed the cows almost every morning!
After we weigh them and pet them Grandpa Checks if it's a boy or girl! This time it was a GIRL!
Then come shots
and an ear tag - so we know which baby is which.
Then off she went with her mommy. This little one was only born hours before we went to see her. She was just barely standing. I think they are the most adorable baby animals!
More babies are due in the next couple months!! I can't wait to pet some more cute little calves!!
